Refund and returns policy

Want to return something? No problem!

You always have the option to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. Once you have registered your return with us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. We will provide a return label and ensure the full purchase amount is refunded within 7 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• Within 30 days of delivery.
• The product is complete and undamaged.
• It has not been used or assembled.
• It is (if possible) in the original packaging, without writing on the box.
• Unfortunately, custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How does the return process work?

Simply send us an email at info@tools4grill.nl if you want to return a product. We will then send you a return label to include when you send the product back to us.

Refund

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all associated accessories and (if possible) in its original condition and packaging back to us. As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days. Usually this is even faster, but no later than 7 days after receiving your return.
